What areas of Oʻahu do you service?
We provide pool services throughout Oʻahu. Contact us to check availability in your neighborhood.
Do you do commercial pools or just residential?
We service both residential and commercial pools!
How do I request a service appointment?
Just fill out our estimate request form or give us a call at (808) 462-3535. We’ll get back to you within one business day to schedule a visit.
Do you provide chemicals?
We provide all basic chemicals in our residential service. These includeChlorine Tabs, Bi-Carb, Soda-Ash, Muriatic Acid, Shock (Cal Hypo), and Clarifier. All other chemicals are billed separately.
Do you service other water features besides just pools?
Yes! We can clean, maintain, repair, and upgrade other water features such as fish ponds, sensory deprivation chambers, and more. Contact us to see if we can service your water feature or water-based product or appliance.
Can I pay online?
Yes! All invoices are sent via email and can be paid directly with a Debit/Credit card. Forget about the hassle of remembering to pay those monthly invoices with our recurring payment options.
Is customer support available if I have questions?
Absolutely! Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 7am-5:30pm daily. You can always reach out to us by email at service@yourpoolhawaii.com.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes! We service both traditional chlorine and saltwater pool systems. We’re fully equipped to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair saltwater setups.
How often do you service pools?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and customized service schedules to fit your needs. During your consultation, we’ll recommend a plan that works best for your pool’s condition and usage.
Can you help with pool automation systems?
Definitely. We install and troubleshoot smart pool systems, timers, remote controls, and mobile app-based automation solutions to help you control your pool from anywhere.
Do you install new equipment or just maintain existing systems?
We do both! Whether you need a full equipment upgrade or just regular maintenance, our trained technicians have you covered.

How often should I have my pool serviced?
In Hawaii’s climate, we recommend weekly service to prevent algae growth and maintain proper water chemistry. We can customize a schedule to fit your needs.
What’s included in weekly maintenance service?
Our standard weekly service includes skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, water testing, chemical balancing, and checking equipment for any issues.
Do you provide the chemicals?
Yes! We provide all basic chemicals in our residential service — including chlorine tabs, bi-carb, soda ash, muriatic acid, shock, and clarifier. Specialty chemicals are billed separately.
Can you clean my pool if it hasn’t been serviced in a while?
Absolutely. We can perform a one-time deep cleaning to get your pool back into swim-ready shape, then recommend a maintenance plan to keep it that way.
Do you service commercial pools?
Yes. We offer maintenance for both residential and commercial pools, with service plans tailored to each.
How long does a warranty repair take?
In many cases, warranty repairs can be completed in a single visit, depending on parts availability. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
What happens if my warranty is expired?
We can still service and repair your equipment, and we’ll give you an upfront estimate before starting any work.

Warranties & Repairs FAQs
Certified Service You Can Trust
Pool equipment repairs should be done right the first time — and with coverage you can count on. We’re certified to perform in-warranty repairs on Pentair products and service all major brands, so you get expert fixes and peace of mind.
What’s your warranty policy?
We offer a (90) Day Warranty on all repairs along with a (1-3) Year manufacturer’s warranty with all new installations. Your Pool Hawaii also provides warranty repair serviceson all major brands including Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward.
*Manufacturer’s warranty term dependent on brand of equipment.
What brands do you service?
We service and repair all major brands, including Pentair, Jandy, Hayward, Zodiac, and more. As a Certified Pentair Warranty Representative, we’re also authorized to perform in-warranty repairs on Pentair equipment.
Do I have to go through the manufacturer to make a warranty claim?
No — if your product is eligible, we can handle the warranty claim process for you directly. This often means faster turnaround and less hassle for you.
Can you service my pool if another company installed the equipment?
Yes. We can repair or process warranties on qualifying Pentair equipment regardless of who installed it, as long as it’s still under the manufacturer’s coverage.
Do I need to register my Pentair product for warranty coverage?
Yes, most Pentair products require registration to activate the warranty. We can help with this process during installation or after purchase.
How long does a warranty repair take?
